Speaker 2: (00:04)
Hello?

Speaker 1: (00:05)
Hi, how are you doing?

Speaker 3: (00:05)
How’s Gianna doing?

Joe Biden: (00:08)
Feeling better now, nothing is going to make it all better, but at least, god, now there’s some justice.

Speaker 2: (00:14)
Right.

Joe Biden: (00:19)
I think in Gianna’s comment, “my dad is going to change the world”, he’s going to start to change it now.

Speaker 2: (00:22)
That’s right. [crosstalk 00:00:22]

Joe Biden: (00:22)
It’s going to change now. You’re incredible. You’re an incredible family, I wish I were there to put my arms around you. I’m standing here [inaudible 00:00:38] we’ve been talking, we’ve been watching every second of this, the Vice President, all of us. We’re all so relieved, not just the one verdict, but all three. Guilty on all three counts. It’s really important. I’m anxious to see you guys, I really am. We’re going to get a lot more done, we’re going to do a lot. We’re going to stand until we get it done.

Speaker 3: (01:04)
Hopefully this is the momentum for the George Floyd justice and police and that to get past a heavier sign.

Joe Biden: (01:10)
You got it pal. That, and a lot more. Not just that, a lot more.

Speaker 3: (01:13)
Thank you, Mr. President.

Joe Biden: (01:17)
This can be our first shot at dealing with generally systemic racism. There are two people here who feel as strongly as I do, the Vice President, she wants to say something.

Speaker 3: (01:26)
Okay.

Kamala Harris: (01:32)
I’m just so thankful for the entire family. Your courage, your [crosstalk 00:01:36] strength, [crosstalk 00:01:41] and this is a day of justice in America, and your family [crosstalk 00:01:47] real leaders at this moment where we needed you. In George’s name and memory, we are going to make sure his legacy is intact and that history will look back at this moment and know that it was a reflection moment. He had to sacrifice so much, your family did too, but we really do believe that with your leadership and the president that we have in the White House, that we’re going to make something good come out of this tragedy, okay? [crosstalk 00:02:16]

Joe Biden: (02:19)
And you better all get ready, because when we do it, we’re going to put you on Air Force one and get you here.

Speaker 3: (02:22)
We’re going to hold you to that, President Biden.

Joe Biden: (02:22)
I guarantee it.

Speaker 6: (02:22)
Thank you, Mr. President.

Joe Biden: (02:22)
The one I’m most concerned about is Gianna.

Speaker 1: (02:22)
She’s okay, I’m going to go tell her in a few.

Joe Biden: (02:22)
My wife Jill is with me too.

Jill Biden: (02:25)
Hi, how are you all? [crosstalk 00:02:26]. We’re thinking about you, we’re watching every minute of it. It had a good ending. It has a positive ending, things are going to change.

Joe Biden: (03:02)
I know nothing is worth it, but like I said, I keep thinking of here words, “daddy’s going to change the world”.

Speaker 3: (03:07)
Going to change the world.

Joe Biden: (03:08)
Well, you got a shot to make a change in the world. [crosstalk 00:03:15] You tell her what I said, remind her, when she’s president, she’s [crosstalk 00:03:22].

Speaker 6: (03:25)
She’s coming to see you, Mr. President.

Speaker 2: (03:33)
Thank you.

Speaker 3: (03:33)
All right, thank you Mr. President, god bless you.

Joe Biden: (03:33)
God bless you all.

Speaker 2: (03:34)
Thank you, Mr. President.
