I've been using mostly the AI transcription service lately, but I have ordered many human transcripts too. I find the AI ones to be available almost immediately and of very acceptable quality. I like Rev because you can choose the quality level and pay accordingly. I've been using them for years, and haven't felt the need to look anywhere else for transcription services. It's easy to find my transcripts and to find the exact spot in a recording where I might want to verify the transcription.

The different summaries that are generated after uploading a video or audio file! I use these summaries to easily review and learn the most information I need to remember, for both business and personal situations. It is truly a life saver for effort and time!

Transcription used to be the bane of my existence. Rev took away my dread and procrastination of transcribing and allowed me to write the articles instead. I like the quick turnaround and the transcription is very accurate, typically needing only minor edits, usually for misspelled names. They also have great customer service! I also like having an archive of the actual interviews recorded. Cost is affordable and consistent, too.

The new meeting integrations for Google Meet are very convenient, and the ability to select from various summary analysis options has been instrumental. This is also my go-to platform for consumer interviews. This is a great platform overall, and I use it almost daily.

I love using the app to capture audio while I'm touring buildings for stories that I'm writing. It allows me to focus on what I'm seeing and hearing, without taking notes, knowing that all the audio is being captured for future use. I like it even more now that it keeps recording when I use my device to take photos or videos simultaneously.

We were in trial this week and had a real-world opportunity to utilize Rev in a high-stress environment. I was able to use Rev to successfully cross-examine witnesses by leveraging the transcripts, video synced with transcripts, and various other features to effectively impeach testimony. While it's possible to do this with other technologies, it's much harder and requires a gazillion more hours of prep. Rev is a very cool product for trial lawyers.
